Son-Shine Corner's Spring Outreach
is Coming!!
March 8-19th, 2010
Every year we look forward to our fun spring outreach project. This year we will once again be blessing the Children's Shelter of Cebu (CSC). The shelter, which is in the Philippines, has been a haven for orphaned, abandoned and disabled children since 1979. In that time, they have loved and served nearly 800 children. The money and supplies we collect will help feed, clothe, educate, medicate and provide skilled nursing care to these precious children. We are hoping to help CSC with medical needs, needs for their new facility (they are expanding to serve more children) and their Foster Friends program. WOMEN'S MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES:

- Thursdays beginning January 6
- This is a small group mentoring program between younger women and older women. We utilize the study "Just for Women Only." The evening includes dinner and a practical demonstration. Open to women of all ages.
- W.O.W. (Women of the Word)
- Monday Evenings, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
February 15 - April 5- Jump start your week with good friends studying God's Word! This winter we'll be studying 1 Thessalonians. We begin with large group praise and worship followed by small group discussion.

- Tuesday Evenings, 7:00 - 9:00 pm
February 2- March 23- Gain a new appreciation for servanthood through the writings of the Apostle Paul who epitomized "to live in Christ, and to die is gain." This study is open to both women and men and includes large group video and small group discussion.
- The $25 cost includes a workbook.

February 10 - April 14- A variety of classes and study options to help women deepen their faith walk while building authentic relationships.
